Our Capabilities

/ 5-Axis Machining with automation for 24/7 lights-out production

We have two top of the line Matsurra 5-axis machining centers with 32 pallet automation, 330 tools and a 20,000rpm spindle. 5-axis machining offers several advantages over traditional 3-axis methods, primarily in terms of precision, efficiency, and the ability to handle complex geometries. Additionally, 5-axis machining allows for the creation of parts with complex shapes that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with 3-axis.

/ 4-Axis Machining with automation for 24/7 lights-out production

We have one top of the line Matsurra 4 axis horizontal machining center with 15 pallet automation, 330 tools and a 20,000 RPM spindle. Horizontal milling machines offer several advantages, including increased speed and efficiency, improved chip evacuation, and allow for more than three faces of the workpiece to be machined in a single setup. Well-suited for high-volume production.

/ 3-Axis Machining with automation for 24/7 lights-out production

We have four high speed Brother 3-axis machining centers, two with Robot load/un-load capabilities. These machines allow for fast efficient machining of simple parts that can be machined in two operations.

/ Multi-Axis turning centers with automation for 24/7 lights-out production

We have six DN Solution multi-axis turning centers with twin spindles, y-axis milling and bar-fed automation. These machines allow for the machining of complex round parts with milled features in a single operation.
